We announce the appointment of Rafael Mena Rodríguez as Head of Business Development for the areas of International, Industry and Aeronautics, who will bring extensive experience to the position.
Rafael Mena, International Business Development at ITE
An Aeronautical Engineer from the University of Cádiz, Mena will assume the responsibility of exploring new markets, supporting teams and facilitating the industrialization of complex projects. Their role will be transversal, collaborating closely with the different departments of the company to identify and take advantage of key strategic opportunities.
Before joining Integración Tecnológica Empresarial SL, Rafael Mena assumed the position of Aeronautical Business Development at SEGULA Technologies, leading important initiatives in the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Germany and France; consolidating his position as a benchmark in the sector. Previously, he was CEO of Aercad Ingeniería, where he accumulated experience in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering and tooling design for large-scale projects. He has also worked at ALTEN, as a project manager in the aeronautical sector, and at Grupo TAM, holding positions of project manager and commercial manager.
