Launch of SOCITE360 on the first anniversary of the Cybersecurity Operations Center

It has been one year since the opening of the new Cybersecurity Operations Center in Rivas-Vaciamadrid of INTEGRACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA EMPRESARIAL, a key space in the response to the growing demand for advanced cybersecurity services demanded by companies and public bodies in today’s digital society.

This centre, with a surface area of 220 m² and staffing 30 experts, has been designed by ITE to house an OT SOC specialised in advanced industrial cybersecurity solutions, and to offer specialised IT/OT services ranging from the protection of critical infrastructures and the prevention of cyber fraud, to direct defense against threats.

During its first year of operation, the centre has been instrumental in the development of new solutions and the cybersecurity team, led by Juan Carlos Chamizo, ITE’s Global Director of Cybersecurity, has launched a new brand of services called SocITE360.

“One of the greatest achievements of this first year has been to give shape to SocITE360, a set of advanced solutions and services, already available to our customers”, explained Juan Carlos, “and which is aimed at accompanying all those companies that require a partner to guide them in the process of securing their companies”, Chamizo concluded.

What is the new cybersecurity brand we offer?

It divides its activities into two main areas: SOC services for IT and SOC services for OT.

Advanced SOC Services for IT

SocITE360 offers a number of advanced SOC services for IT that cover all key areas of enterprise protection. Among them, the following stand out:

• Threat monitoring and detection, which allows continuous monitoring to identify risks in real time.
• Incident response, with rapid management and forensic analysis to determine the root cause and mitigate damage.
• Vulnerability management, which focuses on detecting and fixing weaknesses before they become problems.

In addition, a constant security analysis of the organization is carried out to recommend improvements, and compliance and auditing are ensured so that security policies are aligned with international regulations and standards.

Advanced SOC Services for OT

In a second block, SocITE360 offers SOC services for OT that include a series of solutions designed to ensure security in industrial environments. Among them are:

• The monitoring of OT devices and networks, which allows detecting specific threats in industrial operating systems.
• Network segmentation, which separates IT and OT environments to minimize risks of threat propagation.

In addition, it offers secure configuration management of OT systems through the development of training methodologies and programs, anomaly detection with advanced technologies, and operational resilience to ensure the availability and integrity of critical systems through a centralized SOC.

With this launch, ITE aims to position itself as a benchmark in both digital security services in industrial environments, as well as information technology supported by Artificial Intelligence.
