ITE and Ómicron strengthen their Strategic presence at the Dubai Airshow 2025
Amid the vibrancy of the 19th edition of the Dubai Airshow, held from 17 to 21 November at the Dubai World Central (DWC) venue, Integración Tecnológica Empresarial and Ómicron Mechanical & Engineering Services had reinforced their position as a key player in the aerospace and defence industry.
Under the slogan “The Future Is Here”, the event stands as a pivotal showcase for innovation, international collaboration and technological progress.
A commitment to innovation and strategic visibility
From our stand 1593, located in the European International Pavilion, ITE has carried out an intense schedule of meetings with companies, institutions and high-level delegations. A good example of this was the visit on the third day of the show by Lejla Nalbantic, Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy at Boeing, who was interested in learning about ITE’s engineering, manufacturing and technological capabilities. The visit also offered the ITE team the opportunity to see first-hand Boeing’s key highlights at this year’s event: the full-size Boeing 777X cabin and the F-15EX simulator—two clear demonstrations of the manufacturer’s progress in commercial aviation and defence.
The ITE delegation also held a meeting with Eduardo Mezquida Ortí, engineer at ISDEFE in Abu Dhabi, with whom they exchanged perspectives on the sector’s evolution in the region, further reinforcing the institutional and international nature of ITE’s participation.

In a global context of transformation
The Dubai Airshow 2025 has emerged as one of the most ambitious editions in its history, bringing together more than 1,500 exhibitors, 200 aircraft on display, and multiple forums on advanced air mobility, new technologies, defence and sustainability. In this context, ITE’s presence has highlighted our innovative approach and ability to forge strategic alliances.
“Within this universe of innovation, ITE and our manufacturing engineering division, Ómicron Mechanical & Engineering Services, have used the exhibition to underline our focus on technological development and international partnerships. The nature of the show—combining static and flying displays with areas dedicated to start-ups, conferences and networking—has allowed us not only to showcase technical capabilities but also to convey our long-term strategic vision.”
— Words of Rafael Mena, Head of International Business Development

Recognition in the digital sphere
Activity at the stand and institutional meetings have also been strongly reflected in the company’s digital communication. Through our posts, ITE has shared the most significant milestones of each day and highlighted the visits received from authorities and leading companies.
“On social media, ITE has been reporting its progress during the event: thanking government delegations for their visits, emphasising the importance of our stand and our mission in the region. In the post for the second day, we highlighted figures such as the Spanish Ambassador to the UAE, Emilio Pin Godos, and representatives of the Spanish Ministry of Defence, including Brigadier General Vicente Torres Vázquez, Deputy Director-General for Defence Industrial Strategy (DIGEID), a clear example of the institutional value of our participation. And among private-sector delegations, we can mention the visits from ACK3, Aerotecnic and Edair Technologies, to name just a few.”
— As explained by Rosa Gil Ramírez, Director of Marketing and Communication.
Rosa’s statements, in the interview prior to attending the Dubai Airshow 2025, articulate the approach, strategy, and vision that have guided the group’s presence in Dubai.

Human value and strategic projection
Beyond technical and commercial activity, the ITE delegation has reaffirmed the company’s international outlook and our commitment to technological development applied to defence, industry and aeronautics. The presence in Dubai—marked by meetings with key companies and organisations—serves as a catalyst to broaden our global reach.
Founder and CEO Oven Martín Acedo emphasises that: “Taking part in an event of the scale of the Dubai Airshow not only gives us visibility, but also the opportunity to forge strategic alliances that will drive our defence and innovation projects forward.”
Along the same lines, he highlights the relevance of the meetings held during the event: “This vision reinforces ITE’s commitment not to limit its business to the local sphere, but to project our expertise towards future markets, with important conversations with companies such as Boeing, a global benchmark in the sector, or with Emirati firms such as Calidus and Edge Group, which are setting the pace of technological development in the region and signing agreements for defence programmes and projects in Europe.”
“Our presence in Dubai has been a resounding success; not only have we strengthened strategic ties, but we have reinforced our position as a reliable technological partner. For ITE, the Dubai Airshow 2025 marks a turning point towards new global opportunities.”
— Martín Acedo states as in concluding remarks.
ITE’s participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025 has demonstrated our ability to position ourselves at the heart of aerospace and defence innovation. Through institutional meetings, high-level visits, strategic alliances and growing digital recognition, the company has consolidated its presence in a key market for its international expansion. This edition of the Airshow thus becomes a decisive platform for driving new projects and reinforcing ITE’s position as a trusted technological partner.
